I have finished the new version of Erika. The surface is smoother than the previous version, but isn't quite perfect. I believe it's because I applied multiple coats of acetone slurry without sanding in between (for Reimi, I am going to sand in between each coat of acetone slurry). I got a new airbrush that is better at covering large areas, so I didn't have to deal with the paint running quite as much (I had lots of problems with that on the previous version). Overall I think she turned out well, although there are possibly a few minor tweaks I could make still.

Started printing the third version of Erika
I have started printing the third version of Erika. I stopped my first attempt at printing the left mouth segment because the mouth didn't look quite right when printed. I tweaked the mouth a bit and printed a test segment that included only the mouth and the area immediately around it. I made a few further tweaks and printed the mouth segment again. I also printed the left eye segment, and am printing several more segments. I should be finished printing a lot faster than before, because I now have my second printer working.

130105 Reimi/Erika update
I softened the transition between cheek and temple on Reimi, and added her headset.
I also softened the transition between temple and cheek on Erika, and tweaked the shape of her lips.
