I have basically finished Reimi now (thanks to
Natasha Bassingthwaite for styling her hair). I'm still re-painting a few spots on her headset (I filed the one spot to make it a bit easier to move the strap down; the headset is right where I normally attach the strap, and she didn't fit very well with the strap on one side a lot higher than the other) and her wigs need to be re-attached, but otherwise she's done.
I am now in the process of segmenting Ichigo and will be printing her in the next few days (I still need to get the transition between the tongue and lower lip right; I'm using a cutter to produce a small gap similar to that on masks with a tongue that is made as a separate piece). The only changes to the outside that I made since the last update were to clean up everything that still needed it.
Here are some pictures from the meetup with Leoji and Lura a few weeks ago. We didn't end up going to that club, but we did go to the cosplay gathering. Leoji and I kigged at my place and were on cam in KCS Tinychat as well as in Dracon's IRC on Friday. On Saturday we went to the cosplay gathering (we weren't on cam at all on Saturday). On Sunday Lura came over to my place and the three of us were on cam in KCS Tinychat.
