Version 2.1 of Erika shell

I made some more changes to the Erika shell model. I cut the eyes all the way through, levelled the back edge fully, and tweaked the mouth slightly. I've only printed one segment of this version. I will probably make a third version of Erika with these changes eventually, although probably not right away.
